I have 10+ years of experiance in ERP implementation, roll-out and support project. Addtional 5 years of experiance in SAP greenfield implementation, support and interfacing with non-SAP application. I have specilized in configuration and customization of sales and distribution module functions. I've provided support on SD and MM modules. Good knowledge of all project management phases, stakeholder management, SLA monitoring, incident management, ticket resolution. 
Successfully implemented projects which includes S/4 Hana implementation, Tableau BI tool, Dealer Portal and Apps, Sharepoint, Express Warranty on tires.
