* Maintenance of Kiln, Raw Mill, Cement Mill and its connected Auxiliaries, Wet & Dry Process up
to capacity 1 million
* Maintenance and overhauling of some of the special equipment of cement plants including
Cone Crushers ( 12-60 KOBE JAPAN)
Vertical Roller Mills (MPS 140, Pfeiffer)
E-Mill (ABL) D.G. Set (capacity 2200 KVA 2 nos.),
VSI and Mogen seizer, Drum filter
* Major repair of KILN, GRATE COOLER, Fans, compressors-reciprocating & screw ,Cement Mill, Fly
Ash handling.
* Maintenance of heavy earth moving equipment-Pay loaders, Dozer, Shovel, Crane, etc
* MIPS of cement plant
* Had worked as instructor for R.T.C., Nimbahera.
* Had also worked as Instructor for Q.E.S., Specialist for QWG Leader for some key PONC Element
(Power, Coal, Lubricant, Spillage)
* Implemented TQM & TPM at plants operation
* Undertaken Preventive Maintenance through SAP.
* Performing Operation & Maintenance of cement plant
* Erection of ESP, Decanter, fly ash handling, close circuit of Cement Mill, Erection of
additional packing unit having Electronic Packer & Truck loader.
* Instructor for Lubrication management
* Actively involved in British Safety Council (BSC) at Shriram Fertilizers & Chemicals & Shriram
Cement Works - company had been awarded "SWORD of HONOUR" in the year 2006 by BSC; working as
BSC Chief Coordinator
