I work since 2008 as Product Manager and Agile Organisational Development Manager in organisations that scaled from 100 to 1000 people rapidly. Between 2008 and 2016, as Product and Portfolio Manager I managed international business development and cross-department corporate-strategy projects. From 2016 to 2021, I was responsible for the Agile Transformation of an e-commerce company and re-designed the organisation by shifting from project to product driven teams. As part of the Agile Transformation I implemented OKR and coached C-Level, Directors, Product Managers, and teams to develop and deploy the vision and strategy of company-wide strategic initiatives.
Since 2016 I implemented OKR many times in international B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and B2G organisations of all sizes from different industries such as MedTech, FinTech, InsureTech, Consumer Electronics, Pharma, E-Commerce, and more. With a variety of methods and frameworks I guide organisations holistically in strategy development, execution, and organisational transformation.
