Roles & Responsibilities: -

PA and Time Management:

* Under the guidance of the Senior Consultants and team member, we involved in-group discussion,
project presentation, planning and active participation in requirement analysis.
* Issue analysis, Configuration changes & testing and resolving the day-to-day related Issues and
enhancements.
* Project related activities like documentation.
* Understanding help desk processes, solving user problems and adhering to Service level
agreements in production support engagements.
* Troubleshooting daily tickets related to HR module.
* Analyzing the user / incidents generated tickets and providing permanent solutions.

* Involved in India Time and Payroll Reports enhancements.

HR Authorizations:
* Documented SAP Security policies and guidelines for table access, Program access, report
access, ABAP development, custom authorization objects, etc.
* Provided Production support in SAP Security related daily activities related to user
authorization issues and user account administration
* Assisted users in troubleshooting and identifying authorization issues using SU53 and trace
analysis.
* Analyzed the user buffers of users via SU53 and SUIM.
