Playd a key role in implementing a new Rercruitment process in SuccessFactors to support newly established Global shared centers in JTI. Activly participated in the new process design and proposed the best ways to implement it in the system. Provided expertise in the old process so that to make sure local markets are not affected by the new process established. System adjustment according to newlly designed process.
