- Preparation of Instrument Index and I/O list by reviewing the PIDs in Excel & SPI
- Preparation of Instrument process data sheet and specification sheets in SPI-INtools using specification module & using Conventional Method for Gauges, ON-OFF Valves, Control Valves, Transmitters & Switches
- Preparation of Technical Bid Evaluation of Process Instruments like Gauges, ON-OFF Valves, Control Valves, Transmitters & Switches
- Preparation of Control System Architecture, Control System Specification and its TBA
- Preparation of MTO Specification, Floating the enquiries to contractor for MTO, TBA for MTO and negotiation with contractor
- Intrinsically safe circuit calculation as per the Hazardous area classification IEC 60079 - 10 and Intrinsic safety "i” IEC 60079 - 11, using wiring module in SPI-INtools and conventional method in Excel
- Responsible for Hazardous Area Inspection which complies with IEC 60079-17, IEC 60079-14 & IEC 60079-11 and the Dossier for Hazardous Area
- Performing Cable scheduling, wiring diagram, Junction Box wiring & Interconnection diagrams, loop drawings in SPI
