I am responsible for the Solution Design, Delivery, and driving Innovation on the upcoming Technology Innovations.  During my tenure have worked on multiple projects. The Summary for those are as below:-

1. Manufacturing Master Data Lead: The client was Speciality Chemicals Manufacturer, and the scope of the Project involved a Greenfield implementation of SAP S4 HANA. The Geographical Scope of the project was between North America and Europe. My responsibilities involved identifying data Harmonization Opportunities and working with Businesses to enrich the Manufacturing master data, define the standards and controls to ensure the physical process flow is mapped appropriately in the ERP Solution.

2. Supply Chain Planning Lead: The Client was a Food and Beverage manufacturer and had operations based out of North America. I was responsible for designing and deploying a Cloud-based Strategic Supply Chain Planning Solution (SAP IBP). In addition, I have led the team to drive the Solution Design on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales Operations Planning Solution.

3. Supply Chain Solution Architect: The Client was a Paper Products Manufacturer and had operations based out of North America. I was responsible for driving the solution design around Planning, Manufacturing & Quality Management Processes and lead the team to deliver the solution using SAP PP, QM, eWM, SAP IBP.

I was responsible for the Solution Delivery and Team development in the areas of Manufacturing Execution and Planning. During the course of my experience have delivered multiple projects and played diverse roles in client services. 

Project Overview:
1. Life Sciences Client: Played the role of Integration and Testing Lead. The client was based out of North America, and I was responsible for defining and deploying the Test Strategy for the project. Coordinate with the Validation Team to ensure the GxP compliance requirements are covered under the Testing Strategy. In addition, ensure the Integration Issues are resolved to keep in mind the Standardized Solution Approach.

2. Automotive Client: Played the role of Manufacturing Lead. The client was based out in India, with the project scope spread across North America & Europe. I was responsible for Designing and Deploying a solution that will integrate multiple production sites and their Manufacturing Execution System with a central instance of ERP Solution. This meant driving the solution design around Data and Process harmonization.

3. Electronics Component Manufacturer: Played the role of Manufacturing & Planning Lead. The client was based out of North America, with manufacturing spread between North America and China. I was responsible for the global solution design and deployment for Planning & Manufacturing System. The solution comprised integration of SAP ERP with External Planning Solution and using SAP MII Based Manufacturing Execution and Analytics. 

4. Chemical and Lab Solutions Manufacturer: Played the role of Warehousing, Manufacturing & Planning Lead. The Client is North America based with operations spread across the Globe. The Scope of the project involved Solution Design and Deployment spread across India and Wester Europe facilities. Drove the Design on Warehouse Automation in India and Wester Europe. Was responsible to drive the migration of the Client toward REACH Compliance requirements.
