Client Profile: It is a multinational confectionery, food, and beverage conglomerate based in the
United States. Mondelez International manages snack brands worldwide, including cookies and
crackers, chocolate and gum and candy.

Purpose of This Project: Mondelez international is doing global roll out for its business. This time
the roll out has taken place for Uruguay, Chille and Argentina to support their business in SAP.

Contributions: I am working in FI-AP module and COPA module. I have designed and built the payment
and tax process for Argentina and Chille country. Also designed the COPA in the system to support
the business and integrated with SD module. MEC activities.

Client Profile: Costco Wholesale Corporation operates an international chain of membership
warehouses, mainly under the "Costco Wholesale" name, that carry quality, brand name merchandise at
substantially lower prices than are typically found at conventional wholesale or retail sources. The
warehouses are designed to help small-to-medium-sized businesses reduce costs in purchasing for
resale and for everyday business use. Individuals may also purchase for their personal needs.

Purpose of This Project:
The main aim of the project is to modernize the Finance, Human Resource, and Payroll applications
with components of SAP's ERP solution to support Costco's overall system modernization efforts and
strategic growth target of doubling in size over the next ten years.

Contributions:

Mainly I was part of FI-AA & GL team, being in this team my responsibilities were to understand the
business requirement for Asset accounting and General Ledger and to map or configure these
requirements into SAP ECC 6.0
In asset accounting the main configuration was FA Org. structure, FA Master Data, FA depreciation,
FA valuation, FA special valuation, FA production Startup, FA transactions, FA GL Integration, FA
Information systems.
Configured the ECC system for asset accounting w.r.t business scenarios.

FUT: FUT preparation-scripts and datasheets. Validated the asset accounting scenarios and ensured
the design is w.r.t FDs.
SIT: Involved in preparation of test scenarios for SIT1 and SIT2 and provided support to TDM team to
gather test data for quality checking in QA server execution. Fixed the defects raised by testing
team.

Client Profile: Coach is an American leather goods company known for designer and maker of luxury
lifestyle handbags. It is a leading fashion goods company targeting the luxury market segment.
Coach's product offerings include: women's and men's bags, accessories, footwear, travel bags,
watches and fragrance, etc. Coach markets and sells its products under two brands-Coach and Reed
Krakoff ( RK ).
Coach has numerous vendors, known as Service Providers, who are responsible for manufacturing all
kinds of goods. Coach does not manufacture its products directly but is responsible for the
following activities: Designing the product, Raw Material supply management for Service Providers
from suppliers, tracking goods production, Inspection and Quality management, Cost estimation and
other business negotiation, Marketing/distribution, Warehouse management.

Responsibilities:
1-Understanding the business process, Configured APP for Korea CC, preparing of SMTD.
2- Supporting CCCA regions as well as Japan.
3- Preparing test master data of GL, AP and AA.
4- Reviewing test scenarios and incorporating the gaps and sending to SME's for client review.

Client Profile: Price Waterhouse Coopers or PWC is a service organization having network of firms
all over the World. In order to record its processes and operations, PWC has designed a system known
as GFS (Global Finance System) introduced in 2002.GFS is followed by Germany, UK, Netherlands,
France, Switzerland and USA. PWC Operations have been categorized by Lines of Service (LOS) as:
Advisory (F), Tax (T), Assurance (A) and Operations/ Firm Wide (Z). LOS is further broken in Sub
LOS, Sub LOS2, Sub LOS3 and Sub LOS4. LOS and Sub LOS are globally defined whereas rests are used
locally for internal analysis. Wipro supports GFS UK.

Responsibilities:

* Providing support for batch job monitoring
* Analyzing the impact of any job failure simultaneously validating of exchange rate
maintenance on daily basis.

* Monthly reconciliation on various aspects (Finder Table Download, Accrual reversal, Fixed
Asset, Tax Uplift, Account Receivable, Bad Debt, WIP, Time hours)
* Investigating the root cause in case of variances between FI and BW data and proposing
solutions thereafter
* Synchronizing the job variants and posting periods as per the business scenario,
requirements.
* Primarily responsible for tickets from Account Receivables, Account Payables and General

* Generally, all priority PR's in FI were handled except the showstoppers [Critical PR's] which
were handled by the onsite counterpart.

Client Description: National Grid's job is to connect people to the energy they use, safely. The
utility operates over 9,000 miles of electricity transmission and delivers electricity and natural
gas to areas of the Northeast states of US, serving over 3.3 million customers with electrical power
and 3.4 million customers with natural gas.

Contribution:
The project involved business study, configuration and implementation of SAP R/3 5.0 EE. The modules
implemented were SD, FI, CO, and MM, PP, PM. The implementation included generation of scope
documentation, freezing of ASAP business process and generation of business blue print.

Critical activities are:
* Configuration of FI settings which includes defining company, company codes, posting period
variant, fiscal year variant, document types, number ranges, field status, tolerance groups, etc
* Have configured GL, AP, AR, functionality. I utilized my expertise in defining GL accounts,
maintained the chart of accounts and account groups.
* Have configured Automatic Payment Program, House banks, Cross Company code transactions.
Configured and tested all the relevant business processes for the above application areas of FI in
integration with other modules.

Project Description: Electrolux is a global leader in household appliances. The company focuses on
innovations that are thoughtfully designed, based on extensive consumer insight, to meet all needs
of
consumers. The program name is COMPASS which is an industrialized approach to roll-out the global
solution. This time it was designed for Italy. In every roll-out it focuses to build a new
requirement or gap. Focus on validating solution as opposed to designing or building new solution.

Responsibilities: As a part of Integration testing in FICO module, designed the test cases for
SAP-FI
sub-modules AR & GL. Executed business test E2E scenarios.
Given presentations to the entire testing team for SAP FICO overview and basics of GL.
