Description : Working for a fortune 500 client, one of the world's largest processors and
marketers of chicken, beef and pork and world's largest food production company.
Role : SAP TM Functional Consultant.
Responsibilities :
1. Working on SAP TM 9.6 integrated with ERP as well as Embedded TM on S4 HANA 1909 as Functional Support Consultant.
2. Extensively worked on Ocean booking process for US Export scenarios, In-land Freight Order process for US Domestic, Inbound and
Outbound Transportation in Europe Domestic and Export Scenarios
3. Freight Order Creation and Editing of Freight Orders, Manually creating Freight Orders, Truck Load Freight Orders, Ocean Bookings,
and Freight Orders for Customer Self Delivery and Pickup.
4. Sound knowledge on all components of SAP TM shipper scenario i.e. Order Management, Planning, Execution and Subcontracting and
Charge Calculation and Settlement.
5. Worked on Incident management process, good knowledge in BMC Remedy and Service Now tools and business SLAs.
Achievements :
1. Received RISE Award by ESSAP unit titled "Rookie of the Quarter" for contribution to project in SAP TM area.
2. Received Insta Award from Manager for the consistent performance, quick learning of new module and resolving high volume of high
priority tickets in SAP TM area.

Description : Working for a fortune 500 client in manufacturing sector that produces Fire, HVAC
and Security equipment for buildings.
Role : Order to Cash Support Functional Consultant.
Responsibilities :
1. Worked on the various sales process of client like Third Party/Intercompany/Drop Shipment/Intercompany Drop Shipment.
2. Worked on the conØguration change/enhancement requests, preparing functional speciØcations and supported users in UAT (User
Acceptance Testing). Developing End-user Manuals, Test Cases & Test Scripts.
3. Handling the Sales Order, Deliveries and Invoice issues based on the sales processes.
4. Working on conØguration of Condition Types, Condition Tables and Access Sequences, Determining and Maintaining Pricing Procedure,
Creation of Condition Records in quality system for issue analysis.
5. Creating the Output Types on the basis of the customer/plant for the invoices.
6. Maintaining the master data in Sales and Distribution like Customer Master Data, Material Master Data and Customer Material Master
Data.
7. Experience in monitoring Idoc activities and troubleshooting Idocs related issue.
8. Tracking of all issues and Incident Management.
Achievements :
1. Completed Infosys internal certiØcation on SAP SD P200.
2. Received two Insta Award from Manager and Team lead for the consistent performance and resolving high volume of tickets in six
months.
