Project Details: Applied Global Services (AGS) business group develops several tools and software's for the AMAT
field engineers for their business requirements. The enterprise datawarehouse is maintained in SAP BW. AGS
migrates the SAP BW data to MSBI environment, develops data models and does business analytics to provide
business critical metrics for the end users to make right decisions. End users gets various reporting interfaces and
adhoc tools for analysis like SSRS, PowerBI, Report Builder and Tableau.

* Innovated ISV Technical Event (1:many) and successfully implemented across various
support regions.
ISV Tech Event:
Technical Advisory Services team provides the consultative assistance by
utilizing the Microsoft Partner's Advisory Support services that is available
through Microsoft Partner Program.
One of the big challenges in the TAS team is to drive consistent case volume,
Partner reach and Advisory Services utilization from the partners.
ISV Tech Event is introduced to enhance the Microsoft Partners consultative
support experience and to provide maximum consultative benefits with lesser
amount of Partner's Advisory Services benefits. This TAS benefit is available
as a part of their Partner Program membership with Microsoft.
ISV Tech Event is lunched as an online live presentation on a specific
Microsoft technology designed for a specific group within our Partner's
Company (like Developer, Project Leader, Project Manager etc.). This event is
delivered monthly for those Partners who have registered for the event. Since
all the interested Partners join on a single event, the presenter would be
spending lesser time for preparation and research. This results in charging
less hours of Advisory time from the partner's contract. By providing single
technical event for multiple Partner companies, it also successfully increased
the Partner reach, case volume, utilization and the scoping accuracy.
Impact:
1. Increase in Customer's participation
2. Increase in evangelizing our products and services throughout the Globe
3. Increase in Consultants utilization and core metrics
4. Increase in Microsoft platform adoption
