SAP QM/PM Business Unit key user for Contitech Mobile Fluid Systems in Europe and Asia.
Serving over 30 plants and four divisions:
Air Conditioning
Air Induction Systems
Engine and Drivetrain

The main responsibilities were:
Support for the entire Mobile Fluid Systems in the Quality and Maintenance module.
Resolution of emerging incidents, and implementation with external support.
Initial tests for fixing problems, new features, and updating the system.
Support SAP Worldwide Projects.
Create training material for Local Key users.
Understanding and applying the company's procedures and methodology.
Support for process standardization in BU.
Managing and coordinating a team within the project.
Performing Fit-Gap analysis, Functional and Integration tests.

Implementation of Tool Shop in SAP. Integrate the whole tool manufacturing process
in SAP started from Inquire until Invoicing. the following system was based on
SD/PS/PM/QM/MM-PUR/FI-CO modules.
The implementation was done for two companies.
Got the following experience and skills:
- Create SAP master data and provide best practice for QM/PM/PS/SD/MM
- Create SAP jobs
- Set up incoming inspection, handle quality notifications, test equipment management,
document management system in QM module
- Setup notifications, orders, preventive maintenance, breakdowns, stock management in PM
module
- Use batch input function
