Launch & Support of the SAP HCM project for SPA CONDOR ELECTRONICS
Before Go live :
* Analyze requirements and design documents to prepare appropriate test plans.
* Organize Realization of system tests and integration tests.
* Training, develop SAP documentation : training material and SAP training service.
After the Go live :
* Assist the deployment team in the preparation of the Go-live.
* Provide support and maintain solution integration during implementation and after Go-live.
* Analysis and correction of anomalies.
* Development of SAPScript and SMARTFORMS forms.
* Development of specific states with ABAP.
* Analysis and development of new customer needs compared to the standard.
* Parameter setting: Corrections of bugs within the framework of the recipe (cycles & diagrams and tables).
* Parameter setting: Realization of new developments and corrections (cycles & diagrams and tables).
* Evolutions: definition and formalization of the new functional needs of GTA with the users.
* Assistance in setting up interfaces between SAP and a time management application.
* Data transfer by LSMW.
* Authorization management.
