Led change and run operations with a Supplier Relationship Management sub-product in an agile environment. Managed an IT sub-team of 5 consultants with allocation of up to 3 programmers.

Conducted business analysis and conceptualized a product for low-cost procurement procedures (40k requests per year, worth 250m EUR), including process definition and UI/UX design for new web applications. Described the To-Be process, decomposed it into epics and features and reconciled it with the stakeholders.

Supported a freshly launched integration solution with an ecommerce platform. Carried out transition to a smooth run by
reducing the number of service requests by 90% and decreasing the number of bugs in the backlog from 10 to 2 per sprint.

Leading business analyst and architect of a supplier self-service portal (procure-to-pay process). It was custom built and integrated with ECC and 3 other systems (23 integration points).

Led a team of up to 5 analysts and 5 programmers using a Kanban board, while engineering own web applications. Assessed labour intensity. Directed subcontractors, including discovery, execution and work acceptance.

Started from scratch with only a business idea and went through the whole disruption process. Defined and negotiated product roadmap, metrics and business process reengineering.

Portal designed, developed, tested, load-tested, refined and handed out to the customer within the deadline despite the doubling of its functional scope.

Prepared all materials needed for supplier onboarding, including presentation materials, user manuals, e-learning courses and business adoption plans.

Product technically based on SAP SRM-SUS, SLC, cFolders, PI, custom enhancements and brand new WebDynpro applications. Additional software used: SAP Solution manager, Aris, SAP Enable now, MS Visio, Trello.

Conducted all kinds of software testing and passed it through the delivery pipeline. Took responsibility to adopt automated testing in the team.

Led contractors' teams (up to 6 developers) to assure product value and quality.
