Responsibilities as Senior Base Manager:
Expansion of the operations base site from scratch to the commissioning stage *




Oversee general administration which includes Finance & Budgeting, inventory management of crude oil, *

* supervise Admin/HR/Accounts/IT/HSE/Maintenance/Employee Performance, and collaborate with various
leaders to have a proactive strategy in place for crisis management
Lead the operations with a strong focus on safety and environmental issues, make strategic decisions, and *

* provide leadership to a team of 250+ individuals to implement those decisions
Represent the operation base in senior management level meetings, MIS reporting, and contribute to *

* establishment of major business strategies.
Liaison with State and Federal Government Ministries (Department of Petroleum Resources, Environmental *

* Ministry, Community
Planning and scheduling the Barge convoy logistics to minimize idle time, improve operational safety and *

* mitigate the security risks.

Responsibilities as Base Manager:
Full ownership of Operations, Logistics, and Safety of storing Testing Oil (Condensate) *

* Manage day-to-day operations and talent workforce, with a strong focus on safety, cost reduction and
* environmental issues
Liaison with National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency, Department of Petroleum Resources, and *

* Ministry of Environment
Manage warehouse costing, budgeting and forecasting. Monitor and record all stock movement and *

* deliveries in database and prepare regular reports
Planning, Budgeting and closely monitoring the Branch Base costs *

Responsibilities as Logistics Manager:
Responsible for supervising the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of mud and mud chemicals in a *

* manner consistent with branch service and cost objectives
Strategic planning and management of logistics and transportation *

* Ensure timely delivery of the requirement from the Rig locations.
* Coordinate frequently with suppliers and equipment managers to streamline cost parameters without
* compromising delivery schedules
Assist in physical inventory process and reconcile all warehouse errors *

Responsibilities
Provide support for creating, updating, and deleting master data for below mentioned modules in SAP. *

* Successful completion of the transition of SAP Data maintenance project.
Lead the Data Maintenance team and handled issues related to SAP master data *

* Work closely with the Level- 2 Analysts to design, develop, and implement Knowledge Base Repository
