Project history

- Responsible for solving priority tickets like medium and low priority within the SLA time limit.
- Hosting daily stand up calls internally and CR alignment calls with SME’s on a weekly basis.
- Handling and Solving FI tickets of AR, AP and GL on timely basis.
- SPOC for defects in Regression testing.
- Active participant in the development of the Chat Bot for the repetitive issues related to third party interface for COUPA, Basware and Lexia.
- Preparation of FMA (Failure Mode Analysis) documents to determine the Root cause of the issue.
- Key resource in handing the change requests for monthly releases and DTR’s.
- Coordinating with the customers and Business Integrators in resolving the Trouble Tickets and Change Requests within SLA's.
- Handling the issues related to Intercompany scenarios and other flows from EWM.
- Specialist in Asset Accounting related issues.
