Business excellence/ Process optimization consultant

I have  many years of experience in consulting as a leader of large-scale business transformation projects, i am also an expert in improving operational efficiency and automation of business processes. I have worked with the top management of large companies, audited businesses and their performance, developed and implemented operating models, conducted large-scale business process reengineering programs, mostly creating business processes for companies from scratch.

My project portfolio covers all key areas of operational efficiency: internal audits, optimization and automation of processes, implementation of SAP, development of KPI and reporting systems, SOP design, as well as training and facilitation of strategic sessions.

I hold two degrees -  a Master's degree in Management from Otto von Guericke University (OVGU) in Magdeburg, Germany, and from Moscow State Linguistic University (MSLU) with a degree in International Economics. I also have an international consulting experience while working in Hamburg, Germany for a strategy holding - Koerber AG.
