and Counseling.
Selected Accomplishments in Compensation and Benefits:
* Developed and implemented company's remuneration strategy.
* Re-structured the company's cash remuneration elements in a way that reduced
company attrition rate by a half, while also savings significant amounts annually.
* Re-designed the company's variable pay (including bonuses and sales incentives),
which supported the company's achievement of 110% of its targets.
* Ensured internal and external remuneration equity through market surveys and
internal analysis.
* Managed the planning and forecasting of all HR department budget and all
employees' costs across the company.
* Designed and implemented all company's benefits policies including Car
Program, Pension Scheme, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Disability
Insurance schemes, phone program,..etc..
* Increased value for money invested in benefits by enhancing employee satisfaction
through, competitive offers as well as robust communication calendar/activities.
* Co-designed the global policies and processes of Compensation and Benefits
representing Egypt and Emerging Markets' region.
* Managed the HR due diligence and integration of an acquired business.
Selected Accomplishments in Employee Relations and HRMIS:
* Developed and issued the company's 'Code of Conduct'. Was shared as best
practice across all Vodafone companies.
* Developed and implemented flexible working policies and solutions.
* Developed and issued HR manual including all related policies.
* Implemented company's HRMIS (Oracle), including self-services.
* Handled employees' complaints, grievances, appeals and counseling.
