Skills

As a Project Manager, beside budgeting, recource planning, delivery tracking, reportin etc. I dedicate my energy mostly to team members, to motivate them and bring them up to speed while carefully listen to their needs. As a Scrum Master in parallel, it is required to "switch hats" and I see others failing on this, hence looking to always improve on this topic.
With my background in testting and test management, I am well aware about quality gates and all the testing aspects and how challanging it can be to coordinate end2end within a complex system landscape and dependencies to other releases.
My requirements engineering certificate (CPRE/IREB) formalized my personal attitute in how to gather relevant information and ask stakeholders / users the right questions. From time to time I challange Requirements Enginers or Business Analysts respectively and encourage them to digg deeper and think about the actual use cases.
