Skills

I have over 16 years of experience in working with IT systems and over 14 years (over 10 as a freelancer) since working with SAP, mainly in the area of logistics modules focusing on PP module.
Since 2010 I’m a SAP PP freelancer.
My project experience includes projects in various industries like: Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, FMCG (Foods and HPC), Utilities, Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas, for various international customers like: Linde Gas, Unilever, Franke, Celestica but also local Romanian customers like: Turbomecanica, Electrica and IMSAT Muntenia.
As a SAP consultant I have worked in various teams, from up to 10 members to 300 members for different types of projects: European roll-outs (3 roll-outs), New implementation projects (4 projects, including 1 S4) and several support projects (2 support projects, one of this was for 1 year in IBM). Acting as a Demand to Supply lead I was leading the PP team as well as the QM delivery team:

  • Collecting the business requirements with the Business Process Owner and Business Process leads and building a Global Template for 3 divisions: Tools, Precision Components and Automotive
  • The Global Templated foreseen a 110 local plants in approx. 30 different countries.
  • Also responsible for creating 2 Blueprints, one for PP and one for QM
  • Functional specs and Customizing using AGILE -FOCUS build methodology;
