• Key role in global program bid pursuit, due diligence, contract negotiation, transition and delivery of global output services.
• Primary controlling global transition contact for the overall transition program by defining and managing master project plans including project schedule, communication plan, change control plan, risk management plan, responsibility matrix and cost control/tracking mechanism.
• Monitoring and tracking transition budgets for each project.
• Ensuring transition risks and impact are identified and addressed.

Transition Manager for FPA Function Point Analysis (contract)
• Successfully established a Function Point organization, headhunted for Vodafone UK.
• Provided Application Due Diligence and Transition knowledge and experience on Vodafone\'s IT outsourcing project.
• Determined the business value of each single Vodafone Application/Project in preparation for the outsourcing deal.
• Supported the project to identify an outsourcing supplier for application delivery and maintenance.
• Designed the Function Point Model for Vodafone UK, developed and established Function Point Analysis (FPA) processes, standards and guidelines, based on IFPUG 4.2 (International Function Point User Group).
• Provided consultancy on FPA, performed presentations.
• Supported processes for initial FPA project estimates.
