360factors, Inc. is a cloud-based Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management automation technology and services company. We help companies improve business performance by reducing risk and ensuring compliance. Our solution is also endorsed by ABA (American Bankers Association).
Here, I am responsible for integrating Business Intelligence into the solution (product and services) by:
• Modeling and Implementing Data Warehouse architecture, analytics data stores and reporting.
• Develop target data models including data policies for sensitive data assets, security policies, back-up, and recovery specifications.
• Develop Data Warehouse solutions by designing proposed system, defining database physical structure, and functional capabilities.
• Implement data strategy, data governance processes, and maintenance of business definitions, policies and glossaries for data assets.
• Troubleshoot issues and tune at all layers: database, ETL, and presentation.
• Applying techniques to optimize performances with large data sets at both ETL and reporting level.

Afiniti running its solution to various international customers, among which TMobile (USA) (one of largest revenue generating client for afiniti) And YapiKredi (one of the first nationwide commercial banks in Turkey) comes under my duties in Data Engineering/ETL department, on which I provided following glimpse of services.
• Developed specifications and technical design for complex projects to the best possible data infrastructure for data needs.
• Verifying Data Quality and Data Integrity as part of this process (Including reconciliation of key metrics).
• Worked closely with analysts and data scientists to develop meaning full data to model machine learning algorithms.
• Assist in both ad-hoc requests as well as regular reports for various business segments.
• Collaborate with several teams, understand their business needs and translate them into actionable data analysis and reports.
• Providing guidance on best practices for scalable data processing.
