For each project we assign a dedicated team for the project to reduce the communication gap and complete the work before the deadline. Also we have an open door policy at our company so client can directly communicate any time with our team in his suitable time.

• We use JIRA as project management tool.
• Client is given access to Jira to log task, requirement and bugs.
• Client feedback is taken though project management portal Jira.
• Daily or weekly Skype meetings are conducted with client to review progress or work, raise concerns and get the requirement.
• Incremental client demo are shown.
