A 7 volume print edition covering the period 1820-32 parliaments will be on the shelves on December 2009, and further 6 volumes covering 1604-29 parliaments in March 2010.

NOF Web Projects Manager & Information Systems Architect: Responsible for the project management web development and IA of www.ingenious.org.uk, which involved making accessible in total over 80,000 object, image and library records and stories drawn from three National Museums. Also headed the strategy team for the development and creative direction of this content-rich ‘knowledge’ site and set up the web architecture and incorporation of Dublin Core metadata schema, navigation taxonomy and WAI standards.
Included in my remit, I worked on the design implementation, visitor research testing, prototyping and led the specification of the tender & functionality documents, day to day development of the CMS and design implementations, liaised between museum stakeholders to ensure smooth content delivery and oversaw the life cycle of the all production phases.
In tandem, I was also responsible in the same capacity as above, the development of the Science, Invention and Nature project (www.sinergies.org.uk), a content search portal linking across databases of several national heritage organisations, such as the Natural History Museum and Wildscreen Trust & NMSI family of museums, interlinking content that would not be accessible via normal search engines.

March 02 – Aug 02
Digitalisation Project Manager: developed the workflows, methodology for a digitalisation infrastructure project across NMSI (National Railway Museum, National Museum of Photography, Film and Television and the Science Museum), funded by NOF-DIGI, ‘Science and Culture’ to ultimately digitise 50,000 images and 30,000 library records and 5,000 museum object records. In addition, I worked on a harvesting model to bring together data across five distributed database sources using Dublin Core metadata schema as a standard to capture and structure the museum collections.
