Suro is a CRM consultant having more than 6 years of experience in different fields of SAP. His programming skills include ABAP, object oriented ABAP, CRM WebUI, ABAP WebDynpro, BRF+, BSP and also Adobe forms. He is currently working on BTMF framework in BRIM solution for one of the customers of SAP telecommunication. He was the member of the technical consultant team and handling the the developments for O2C. He was working from the on-site location communicating directly with the functional owners and the customer. Previously he has worked as senior software engineer in the product development for project gateway mainly focusing on object-oriented ABAP, JAVA plug-in development and UI tool graphiti. He also worked on CRM social service and got appreciation from the client. He has also started working parallely on cloud for customer as techincal consultant. He is also engaged as co-trainer for C4C SDK for SAP education.
He is currently working on BRIM solution for the O2C process. He is mainly focused on the BTMF framework for provider contract change process. He was involved in the custom development for the contract change processes for the primary device and extensions. He was also involved in the product modeling for add-on products.
He has completed successfully cloud for customer project for one of the Indian customers in a very stringent timeline. He was absorbed in the developments like:
1.Enhancement of standard component and embedding component to the standard component.
2.Custom development for projection on opportunity creating custom Business Object.
3.Extending the standard component as per customer requirement.
4.Reporting on custome BO.
5.Different integration methodologies(ex. External Web service integration, XML file input )
6.Workflow rules and approval processes.
7.WebForm integration using WSDL.
8.C4TE integration to upload employee data.
He is also aware of different phases of project life cycle management. He has also extensively worked using Key user tool, UI designer.He has also completed successfully the online certification available for cloud for customer. He was also taken part as a trainer for the cloud for customer functional configurations.
He is mainly technical consultant. But, he has worked as techno-functional as and when required in a project. He has worked on different modules like opportunity management, quotation management and order management in sales module, case management for public sector, social service, loyalty management, provider order and contracts in service and integration with convergent charging in service module. He has also worked on master data like business partner and products.
He has worked on customization of WEB UI, Business Roles, Component Workbench, Configuration tool, Navigation Bar Profiles, Design layer Customizing, Business Roles, Authorization Profiles and Generic interaction layers, BOL programming, AET, CRM events, partner determination procedure configuration, organization determination procedure configuration, maintaining organization structure and action profile customization.
Also he has knowledge of SAP HCM covering E-Recruiting, compensation management, appraisal management and ERP - Sales & Distribution.
Previously he has worked in product development, support projects and also in implementation projects handling customers in on-site location. He also took part in preparing business blueprint for an international client on appraisal management. Beside development work, he used to participate in creating technical spoecifications and unit test documents as per quality standard.
