Responsible in various SAP Basis Technical Consultant activities:
- System Landscape design
- Perform Installation and configuration for SAP products related SAP Project
- Perform Basis Consulting with key users and end users
- Perform SAP Basis Task
- Support the functional consultant
- Generating operational maintenance document and report
Responsible in various technical support activities:
• Perform Basis support to AMC and AMS customer by on site and remote
• Act as VAR 1st support level in Problem Solving in SAP Solution Manager to all customer.
• Responsible for daily monitoring all of SAP Instance
• Perform Basis Consulting with key users and end users
• Perform Authorization Maintenance in SAP Solution Manager
• Perform SAP Basis Task: Daily monitoring all of SAP Instance, Perform database backup, security, authorization maintenance, SAP notes implementation, Transport request, Performance Tuning, SAP Router management, upgrade support package/kernel, Copy Client, etc
• Communicating with user until problem is solved via Solman Ticket, Email, and Phone
• Doing all of recommendation from EWA Report to all customer when required
• Communicating to SAP Global via Sending OSS Message, including EWC request
• Perform transport, performance tuning, configuration, system trouble-shooting in SAP AS, OS, and database. Open Connection to SAP Global when required
• End user training
