During this time I have primarily used technologies like java, jsp, servlets, ajax, html, css, javascripts, jquery, struts, jquery, GWT, Smart Gwt, Jive, Linux (installations,administration, networking of fedora, redhat and occassionaly Ubuntu), php wordpress, social networking framework, mysql, postgres etc. I have worked with small teams of 6-8 people, mentored, guided them to create robust, efficient and easily manageable code for our customers.

---Created a Java based Chat Application to be integrated in a telephony application where the server and client wasdesigned from scratch. The main purpose of this application was to enable call center agents to chat with multiple customers simultaneously. Chat history, real time monitoring, important statistics of the chats by different agents could be viewd and controlled by a Manager in a specially designed Manager Console. The application was built as a desktop application using swing and also as a browser based (applet) application. We almost ended up building a miniature text application in trying to add an Emoticon feature to the above Chat application!!!

--- Created an online Examination System where teachers could set multiple choice questions, manual questions,quizes, projects etc for students and grade them
appropriately. Grade reports are created in pdf formats.
--- Worked on an Inorganic Chemistry based website for an American University to develop complex functionality while answering their inorganic based question papers online,storing students papers, setting up a quiz functionality,setting up polling system etc based on jquery, java servlets and ajax.
---created an online rental system for managing malls.Interested customers search for an ideal location for a mall, contact the mall owner via a desired profile, exhange pleasantries, documentation and communicate with each other via an internally developed contact management system. Mall owners can post features of their mall and add shops,resteraunts, offices, eateries to their malls. They can actually configure and design the internals to their satisfaction based on various editing, modifying, deletion and other tools provided in the application.
---- an application based on youtube API to pull data of famous utubers and display them in some very innovative ways.
--- created an application based on jsp/servlets/jquery etc for a UK based client to search for PC offers online. Did some very interesting filters based on cost,make, stores,hardware type and several other filters which were very effecient and elegant inspite of a large amount of data to be retrieved between several persistent objects.
---- gifting site for a UK based client to offer suggestions and products for relatives, friends and family members to search and buy gifts for their loved ones.Interesting javascripts developed from scratch to hide and show certain views on the fly dynamically at runtime. Innovative way to depict categories and subcategories of gifts depending on the type of person making the search.
---- At present working on an Android and IOS application for a customer in the Netherlands.
--- A hospital based management system to add patients,users, doctors, appointment generation, transactions created for an In Patient or an OUT patient linked to their case history. A reporting feature to display transactions on a daily, weekly or \"any date\" along with an invoice generation capability was also provided.
------Customization of Jive (making changes to the base Jive code) and adding features to it on a Linux based Redhat system.
--- Lucene search engine integration for an existing website.
Also worked on several other systems for various other clients.
