On this project I have several roles:
  • Solution architect for the Eventbuizz cloud based SaaS system
  • Managing the offshore development team of 10 people
  • Planning rollout strategy due to an upgrade of the system
  • Managing new development and bug fixes using JIRA. That also includes planning how to implement new functionality on existing platform to the upgraded platform and at the same time keeping the milestone plan
  • Planning test cases with the business for migration of existing data and for new system. The test scripts and planned test cases are executed by using the tool “Testlodge”. The test is performed by offshore QA team and monitored and approved by me

Consumption calculator is used for new sales to pre calculating the customer’s consumption in order to get as correctly monthly amount as possible. All programming has been done as Object orienteering programming (OO) and integrated with third part systems like Siebel & Egate.

During the UTILTS project at DinEl (implementation and SAP IS-U integration of a new IDE message format) I was involved within project plan, project scheduling, project budget calculation, project requirements, track deliverables/deadlines, risk assessment, status updates and delivery per milestone schedule within budget etc. all handling within Solution manager. I kept the deliverables together and made sure all parts were on track and delivered on time without losing sight of the overall picture and insured that the development was done properly also performance wise.
 
 
Parallel with this I have prepared the project test strategy in close cooperation with project managers and quality managers. Due to my experience in testing techniques and tools enabled me to plan and follow up on testing activities; facilitate the development and implementation of test cases, bug reports, handle defect management and report status to project management.

Design and development of a solution to carry out movein-/out processes - using a frontend/screen, a set of workflows, and error handling. The aim was to ease the handling for the customer service clerk, and it was a great success. Developing includes design one screen to many multiple IS-U Move In/Out. This screen triggers a set of workflows, which updates the master data, and in case off error the workflow send the message to SAP inbox where it is waiting for user’s to take a decision. The screen was created by using screen painter, with “tab” and “table” control features.

Project Gasmarked 2004: Senior developer in the Change of Supplier (IDE) group for implementation of the Danish Market rules for Change of Supplier for the gas-market, in SAP IS-U. My role was to design an ISU-Sales order that full fill the clients needs. The ISU sales order was designed using the screen painter with table control and tab strip \'s. Beside this I was developing in print workbench, SAPScript for SD, workflows, which we use to combine the process together with the IDOC from sending the IDOC\'s to receiving and process them, developing methods and business types used within the workflows.
