Project history
- Maintaining current Organizational Structure and creating new Org. Elements as per Business requirement.
- Proper understanding of stock transfer order, Subcontracting , Service entry sheet , Scheduling agreement , source list , Purchase info record , Transfer posting , Good receipt , Invoice verification , Material master , Vendor master , Physical inventory.
- Worked on physical inventory, cycle counting, analyzing the count results, posting of difference in the system
- Hands-on experience in configuration & integration of all the MM Sub-modules like Organizational structure, Purchasing, Consumption Based Planning, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory, Logistic Invoice Verification and MRP (material requirement planning).
- Implemented the ROK and Release strategy.
- Handled the several issues, like Mismatch in GR amount and IR amount, issue for closing network due to cost commitment for PO, service entry sheet.
- Resolving Severity-1 & Severity-2 tickets
- Implementation related to creation of new plant, storage location, purchasing group, MRP controller and etc.
- Working with SAP by raising OSS for complex issues.
