Degree in computer science and held for some years position of Technical Support Engineer at an Internet Service Provider resulted in abilities to fix End-User issues: Windows based and Unix based Operational systems issues, Desktop issues, Office and Design issues, antiviral and firewall issues,Network issues.
I\'m familiar with Hardware network equipment: asus,zyxel,dlink,linksys,allied telesis etc. I had to deal with RJ-45 and RJ-11 wires, fiber, wireless. For few years I was at 24\\7 regional distributed automatized elevators system service.
