BUCH workorganization – Project Manager Data Center move –                                        July to October 2017.
  • Responsible for the realization of the 5th House, a new twin data center it infrastructure for the Work Organization BUCH.
  • The migration of the 4 participating Municipalities to this new infrastructure.
  • The development of a new workspace and "clean up" the application landscape.
  • Responsible for the overall planning, mapping and steer on the mutual project dependencies, budget control, supplier management, control underlying projects and project leaders.
  • Technique: Win 2012 R2, Hyper-V and VM-ware to move/migrate to Acropolis hypervisor (Nutanix hyperConverged infra), SQL 2014, Oracle 12 and a workspace on RES/Citrix/XenApp/App-V.
  • Project Initiation Document delivered with move and migration scenarios.

  • Supervising 22 technical specialists, responsible for the security of the ICT infrastructure, Service Delivery and ITIL processes Incident/Change/Config/Problem/Release Mgt.
