Recently completed (May-19) and remain as a part time CTO for a complex project involving integration of Telephony with text transcription and Artificial Intelligence / Machine learning to derive valuable marketing information in customer voice/video communications. A .NET Core C# backend API stack with SQL Server hosted in Azure with an Angular 7 front end using Bootstrap with Material Design standards. In addition to the development of a Public API the system required a supporting JSON Web Token (JWT) secured private API stack. The Front & Back ends are wholly integrated with Twilio’s voice & video telephony public API.
