SKILLS
(not) all about me

I am an agile coach with 12 years of IT experience. This time has taught me one thing above all: Change in big companies happens over time. Employees need space to grow that I want to shape. With a methodical background, I give it anew every day; give impulses to make team members and managers transparent about what they have done and ask them where they want to go to make the world a little better. In doing so, I support them with new approaches to solving their obstacles in their own personal digital transformation.
My strengths are entrepreneurial thinking, strong analytical and conceptual skills, strong team spirit and leadership experience with a strong hands-on mentality. Since 2016, I am accredited to the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control in Germany as a systemic business consultant. Enclosed an insight of my previous activities.
