• Develop a user research plan/UX ramp-up with clear research objectives and select suitable user research methods.
• Recruit test persons for interviews and surveys through UX systems
• Prepare and conduct research methods – incl. casual feedback, generative -, descriptive – and evaluative research .
• Run moderated/unmoderated usability tests through online platforms
• Extract user behaviour insights and translate insights into actionable recommendations for the product team and stakeholders
• Professional contact for your internal and external customers to coordinate and identify user requirements or breaks in the application to improve the workflow in the product.
