Summary: - Did gap analysis, implementation of SAP BI/BW Projects, generated leads, effort estimation, co-ordination with offshore & client across 5 countries spread over 13 locations
-Managed the deliveries within the time frame & ensured good feedback from the client on the achievement of all performance objectives of the project

Responsibilities in recent project
-Overall responsible for the SAP BI/BW Implementation projects and Local Contractual Reports deliveries
-Have successfully deployed/supported 6 Go-Lives (6BU).
-Involved in gap analysis of the new requirement for different BUs
-Involved with BU & users to understand the business requirement & get into brain storming discussions with the client
-Coordination with offshore and client in onshore-offshore model of work delivery
-Estimating the effort required and planning the resource allocation as per priority & business need
-Planning for Resource Capacity (Increasing or Decreasing), Monitoring of Existing Resources, hiring new resources
-Planned & supervised Cutover Plan, Data Load etc activities
-Suggestion to development team for design change with technical details required& supervised development
-Developing queries; UAT and production support on queries/reports using SAP BeX tool/SAP BI4.0 (WEBI)
-Developed end to end data modeling flows, UAT & supported go live
-Written routines (Start, Field & End) in transformations
-Enhancement done at ECC for various DS (2LIS*, etc), customizing extractor programs, data flow enhancement in SAP BI 7.3 including SPOs enhancement

Responsibilities in some projects
                Project 1: Roles: SAP BI ABAP Developer
-Involved in estimating the efforts & resource planning for this pilot project
-Successfully complete the production go-live of this project within the estimated deadlines at the client site in USA
-This led to a win of another migration project from the client
-Involved in SAP BW Migration project for all the SD & Inventory objects from SAP BW 3.5 to SAP BI 7.x
-Analyzed the complexity of each object and defined the time lines of each SD & Inventory objects
-Developed and did the unit testing of the SD & Inventory objects
-Created cut over plans for migration of objects to production
-Created transformations, applied formulae, edited start routines & field level routines and end routines as per OOPS ABAP concept
-Involved in cleaning up the old update rules/transfer rules from DW1 to PW1.
Project 2:Roles: SAP BI ABAP Developer
-Incident Management i.e. Ticket Analysis, resolution and reassigning to the corresponding team within SLA.
-Monitor Data loading in BW (Daily / Weekly / Monthly and Ad-hoc) in Production within SLA.
-Solved usual problems with Process chain.
-Created Process chain as per request / edited existing process chain to add nodes / edited scheduling, etc
-Debug Update Rules and Transformations and identify the error.
-Creating test scripts on the HP QC tool and execute test scripts on the tool to verify the integrity of the object on development and quality server.
