The project involves providing production support to the Veolia Environment. The scope of work involved supporting the procure to pay process using the Classical Scenario over diverse geographies. The role involved mentoring a 8 member team to maximise operational efficiency by reducing backlog and performing assigned tasks within agreed SLAs.
SRM business Scenarios in scope are: Self Service procurement using the Classic scenario.
