This portion of the EOI Customer Experience Enhancements project, addresses the business goal to reduce the number of Medical Underwriting status inquiry calls into the GI Contact Center from individuals who have submitted evidence of insurability, as part of a request for coverage. In order to do so, the Employee Portal will be enhanced to display more detailed information related to the Employee’s Medical Underwriting status and, to reflect updated status information in a timelier manner.  
Project Objective
The Evidence of Insurability (EOI) component of Enrollment is a key Customer Experience opportunity for Group Insurance.  . To address the issues the EOI Customer Experience Enhancement initiative has been mandated with the following objectives:
  1. "Digital Transactional Correspondence": Capture digital customer contact information and leverage this information for outbound digital transactional communication to improve the Customer Experience.
  2. “Online Spouse Long Form”: Increase the current completion rate of spouse EOI long forms by enabling the completion of spouse forms online.
  3. "Web Look & Feel": Improve the Customer Experience for EOI Connect users by updating the website’s look and feel, to reflect brand and web best practices.
  4. "Status Enhancements": Reduce Medical Underwriting status call volume by providing an additional level of status detail on GI’s Employee portal.

  • Fee-based services are extremely important to Employers, as fines, penalties and repercussions to mismanagement of related laws and regulations are costly.
  • Effective absence and disability management requires frequent, timely and clear communications to help the employee return to work and/or perform their day-to-day responsibilities.  Communications between employees, employers, claim managers, physicians, customer service professionals and supervisors are critical to successful disability and absence management.
  • The Digital Communications Enhancements project will focus on enhancing our texting, e-mail and letter capabilities currently in use with disability and absence customers and claimants.
  • The goal of enhancing existing e-mail capabilities, improving the content of letters, and introducing new text messages is to decrease the number of phone calls to Prudential to check claim status, benefit amounts and other claim relevant data that can readily be delivered utilizing digital communication solutions.

Sainsbury's is the second largest chain of supermarkets in the United Kingdom, the company became the largest grocery retailer in 1922, was an early adopter of self-service retailing in the UK.Sainsbury's operates supermarkets and convenience stores. It also operates Sainsbury's Bank, Mobile by Sainsbury's phone network, Sainsbury's fuel forecourts and Sainsbury's Online internet shopping service.
The scope of this project is to put in place the foundational solution required (Identity and Access Management), centralize the online customer identity data in a shared repository, and to integrate the largest of the online business missions (GOL) with this solution. The vision for the Online and Digital customer experience is that a customer should be able to log-in with one (email based) ID that enables them to browse and transact across all channels and digital media within Sainsbury’s, without the need to log-in again in that session. In addition to this the customer should be able to register or amend their ‘My Account’ data in one place.  
Project Objective
  • The purpose of this project is to enable an improved customer experience in the Online and Digital space through the centralization of customer’s ‘identity’ data.
  • A new centralized ‘My Account’ User Interface to manage the centralized identity repository and enable customer self-service of user lifecycle activities such as registration, password reset, etc exposed as a rest full resource via CentraSite.

          1. The purpose of this project is to provide Sainsbury's Online Groceries customers with the option of purchasing their groceries deliveries up front by way of a ‘Delivery Pass’ product. The pass will allow customers to have as many deliveries as they wish during the lifetime of the pass, relative to the terms of use for the pass type, without having to pay a delivery charge each time.
Sainsbury’s proposed proposition, known as ‘Delivery Pass’, would provide a service to compete with these offerings. As such, it would be made available to Customers via the GOL website and to Contact Centre colleagues via the application they use to support the GOL operation.

SCCM Application Catalogue is to poll SCCM system and send the requests (new or cancelled) to Remedy on daily basis to Remedy System and return the updated requests from Remedy to SCCM in a flat file back to SCCM system via XCOM protocol.

Motorola NA 11i exchanges necessary Purchase Order (PO) and Shipping related information with Trading Partner. The transmission of the PO and reception of reply messages from Trading Partner is based on the common industry standard, Rosetta Net PIP (RN PIP).
Integrations include RN PIP to exchange Purchase Order related transactions such as Customer Download – RN PIP 1A1, Item Download – RN PIP 2A1, WIP download – RN PIP 7B5, PO & Vendor Download – RN PIP 3A13, Order, FCR & X-Ref Download-RN PIP 3B11, Shipment, Tracking Upload and ASNs –RN PIP 3B13, PO Receipt Upload-RN PIP 4B2, and Inventory Change Upload-RN PIP 4C1. These integrations include B2B Rosetta Net implementations as well as EAI integration with Oracle database as backend.

Project5: GVM to CGISS Oracle 11i interface
Project Description:
In order to transfer data GVM and CGISS Oracle 11i will use the WebMethods’ information broker. The GVM system will publish the data in the generic canonical forms and the CGISS Oracle 11i will receive them from the broker and uploads them into CGISS Oracle 11i database. The CIT group will develop the CGISS Oracle 11i to Active Broker integration module and will provide the connectivity from CGISS Oracle 11i to the broker and vise-versa. It will also log the data transmission error into the CGISS Oracle 11i database. If the Integration Module is not available at some point, all the incoming data blocks (canonicals) will be queued in the Broker and will be processed upon the start of the Integration Module.
