I am skillful and experienced at legal-commercial services and domestic and foreign business management. I also provide business risk management services such as market analysis and due diligence. Presenting legal advise and all the processes related to starting business in Iran is also my capability. I am willing to cooperate with foreign companies who need legal commercial services in Iran.

My major responsibility is directing all processes that are related to the arrangement and import of goods from countries all over the world. Holding sessions with our international clients and suppliers and finding new ones is another important issue. Solving order registration matters, LC issuing, transportation, insurane and inspection arrangements are other affairs that should be taken care of. The company deals with importing seeds from different countries. I manage various tasks such as checking proforma invoices, obtaining cargo insurance, issuing LC, arranging inspection services and all other procedures that are required for the import process. I also present legal consult when the company decides to conclude new contracts or extend the former ones.
