As a Product Manager, over the last 12 years, I've had the chance to build amazing experiences and work with amazing individuals. Over the past 5 years, I've been managing, coaching and mentoring PMs and other tech folks.
I've discovered that I'm most energized when I'm helping people reach their potential and fulfill their goals. That's why I'm investing more time in mentoring and coaching outside of my full-time job as a manager and coach of PMs.
I want to help people DISCOVER the best version of themselves, PLAN how they want to grow and succeed and then support them in THRIVING at their work so that they can truly enjoy work like I've been so blessed to do throughout my career.

CHIMP - Oct 2017 - Dec 2018*
CHIMP is a charitable giving platform with the goal to make it easier for people, companies and charities to come together to change the world. In my role of Product Manager, my first focus was to help improve the culture of how product was being built. To drive a product development cycle that could ship the goals of the business and solve the problems of the donors.
iQmetrix - Oct 2009 to Oct 2017
iQmetrix is a providing of retail management software for the wireless retail world in North America. With over 20,000 retail stores using a combination of retail management and in-store experience solutions. Over 9 years, I had a variety of roles, predominately in Product Management.
Project Highlights
Dropship - Realtime supply chain ordering integration
Generated the first transactional revenue stream for iQmetrix by providing a valuable and profitable solution to clients.
Dropship provides real-time supply chain order directly from the retail location to the supplier. Providing a seamless process for retailers.
Clear ROI for clients, partners and iQmetrix, we exceeded forecasts in the first 6 months.
Nimble - Internal communications tool
Took an overly featured R&D prototype and turned it into a focused product that provided actual value to internal staff.
The R&D team had created an internal product meant to solve the problems of communication, transparency, productivity and focus. The product had tons of features and was trying to solve too many vague problems.
I came in and refocused the entire product. Completed internal interviews and research to define the actual problem that existed for internal communication and transparency. Threw out the existing prototype and within five weeks had shipped a refocused product that solved the real problem.
CHIMP Platform - from Monolith to Platform
Produced strategic and tactical plans to transition CHIMP from a monolith application to an extensible platform.
Developed a strategic plan to transition CHIMP from a monolith application to a microservice platform capable of supporting partners and multiple applications. Transformed underperforming development teams that were failing to ship into cross-functional teams that were shipping every 2-3 weeks.
