  • Conduct functional safety activities (Hazard analysis & risk assessment on electronics, software & embedded systems)
  • Knowledge of safety analyses particularly using techniques such as Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
  • Knowledge of electronics design and software developments principals couples with systems engineering ability (Requirements capture, decomposition, specification development)
  • Knowledge of safety critical system and relevant standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, IEC61496-1/3, IEC 62061, IEC 60204-1, IEC 61784-3, ISO 13849, MISRA-C)
  • Knowledge of Process assessment schemes (ISO 15504)
  • Use of appropriate tools and methods for safety assessment and analysis (FMEA, FTA, FMEDA etc.)

  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing
  • Experience with implementation of corrective action programs & creating process improvement planning
  • Experience in the definition and implementation of the process model in the projects
  • Experience in coach and guide the engineering teams to achieve quality assurance goal by developing  Project Quality assurance plan, facilitating reviews and provide reports to senior management
