Success of a product depends on the user problem that you are trying to resolve using your product. It is very important have a product manager who understands the business requirement, writes user stories, can create wireframes, use cases and guides the development team and I love doing this.
With 10+ years of project management, product development and process improvement experience, I have total experience of 18 years in the IT industry. I deliver product management, process improvement, training and product enhancement. I also have strong experience in helping with the UAT and technical support post production.

1) I worked as a business analyst for a San Francisco based fintech startup. I am attaching the detailed user stories that I wrote. The work ended in Jan 2018. I was hired as a JIRA expert/SCRUM master Feedback from the client -* Shubhada is a consummate professional. It is a pleasure to work with her.
2) Crowdfunding app development for a startup in Seattle www.danagiving.com Danagiving is a crowdfunding platform for Buddhist community. Platform is a web app and an iOS app. Philip hired me through Upwork as a product manager. My role did involve detailed business analysis, user story writing in Trello, wireframes creation. I did work very closely with Ruby devs and the design team. We followed scrum methodology. I managed all the sprints till production. MVP is done and in production. --What I did to achieve success. The real success to this is I worked with Philip to understand overall business model, identified all business requirements, prioritized the features for MVP. I created the wireframes myself and worked very closely with devs and designers. I also did UAT myself to make sure that the product delivered is of good quality.
3) www.teamkite.com This was a very small project for a startup in UK. I worked as a project manager with Mark. When I joined the project it was almost 80% done but he needed help to go for the last mile as project was not on track in terms of quality and deliverables . We just finished the work.
