Global Lending and Deposit system - This is the strategic platform of Wealth
Management division for Lending and Deposits
Product database - a DWH system which collects all product data across the bank and
distributes it to our customers
Trading advisory application - This is a trading tool which is used by our front office to
provide advices to our Wealth Management clients where to invest.
eKYC - Know your client - This project aim to redesign an existing application making it
more user friendly and at the same time migrating it to newest technologies.
iRDS - Reference Data Service system - this project aimed to collect Instrument data from
different financial markets (Bloomberg, Reuters) , aggregate the data into an operational
data stage and distribute it to our end users.
New Core Banking System - Change core Banking System from Midas (AS400) to Flex
CUB (Oracle). I was Lead Business Analyst on the following streams: Corporate and Retail
Lending, Trade Finance, CASA Current Account, Saving Account, Customers and
Payments.
Fees and charges Implement a new system of fees and charges and automatize the
payments process so the commissions are allocated automatically.
Automatic Past due
The project had 2 phases:
- Automatize the opening of Overdue Loans in the system
- Automatize the repayment process of overdue amounts
New deposits Move the process of opening deposits from one system to another (from
Midas AS400 core banking to CSS front office application)
