Project history
Contracting and Employment Experience
As the leader of a portfolio of infrastructure projects with the Bank of America and Merrill Lynch merger, I managed Global Technology and Operations – Enterprise Technology and Delivery infrastructure corporate workplace initiatives. Worked along with corporate workplace to deliver technology to various locations throughout the banking operations both nationally and internationally. Bank of America acquired the holdings of Merrill Lynch and my team was actively involved in moving associates within Bank of America or Merrill Lynch locations or from one location to a new location. This included phone systems, PBX or (VoiP), workstations, printers, faxes, and multi-function equipment. Sites were decommissioned as well as servers. Retired floor space was returned to the landlord with a saving of $5m+. While the Merrill Data Centers were migrated to Bank of America Technology the floor traders systems were converted – at a bottom line savings. Floor plans were reconfigured and realigned by building out new floor space and business units were provided new processes and improved technology that lowered costs and was more efficient.
