Project history
A leading international manufacturer of products and systems for external and interior walls and ceiling as well as industrial floor surfaces in western Germany is planning a technical transformation, changing and aligning the telecommunication of more than 100 sites across Europe.
Hired as an Organisational Change Manager in a consulting capacity throughout the initial phase of the transformation program.
Midsized international trading company in Western England recently introduced MS Dynamics 365 Business Central. Furthermore, the company has started a large digital transformation. Although most of work the processes are conducted via Business Central and integrated third party solutions, accompanying processes of the upstream and downstream supply chain remain analogue so far.
Hired as a consultant to support in the initial phase of identifying business activities and steps for the digital transformation.
- Recruited as a consultant to support the implementation of a transformational organisational change to the business in an international and multinational business environment during a critical phase
