Project Name: CUSTOMER TICKET SYSTEM
Description: By using this application the Clients can call to Company who are having issues,
modifications and requirements then Technical Support Team will generate a new Ticket, Team
and sent Email and SMS to Client and Assign to Development gives particular time to client.
After Solving the Issue, Support Team will assign to Testing Team. After Testing the
Issue if it is resolved Ticket will be closed and Ticket Status will send to Client Automatically via
Email and SMS.
Environment : ASP.Net,C#.Net, AJAX, JavaScript and SQL.
Responsibilities:
* 6 months of experience in ASP.Net, SQL, JavaScript.
* Developed Database interfacing components.
* Created ASP.Net pages using C#.
* Reusability of code from existing projects.
* Used C#, data grids to pull the data from the database and display it on the UI.
* Used .NET Validation controls to perform both client side and server side validation.
* Created database tables needed for the web application.
* Involved in writing stored procedures.
