1. Project management: development of two Evoque Demo vehicles together with the OEM Jaguar Land Rover in England. Here, the following tasks are performed autonomously:
- The creation, co-ordination and monitoring of project schedules with all project participants (Valeo internal as well as with clients of European original device manufacturers)

- Running, management and co-ordination of international project teams in co-ordination with the various departments
- Representation of the projects as a contact partner vis-à-vis external clients (e.g. original device manufacturers), Valeo internal clients, suppliers and external suppliers in all project phases
- Regular reporting of the project status directly to the Board
- Monitoring and control of quality assurance activities
- Creation and monitoring of project budgets and resources
