* Worked on few implementation projects like Credit and cash implementation, A3 analytics
china implementation, Related party flow implementation and project with multiple
enhancements in COPA flow.
* Ensuring high customer satisfaction, speaking to customers and understanding the
requirements and providing them the efficient solution.
* Worked on various L4 tickets from the users on enhancements in Data sources, Info
objects, DSO's, Info cubes, transformations, Multi providers and queries
* Worked on various enhancement requirements in data extractions from sales order, purchase
order, purchase requisition, service order, material master data, customer master data,
custom tables.
* Worked on various tickets on data discrepancy issues, provided the solution along
with the RCA to the users.

Project: US BW system on Oracle to HANA Migration for FI flows.

Solution Environment: SAP BW 7.4 on HANA, SAP BW 7.4, Analysis for Office, IDT, Web
intelligence.

As per requirement from the client, we need to Migrate to HANA DB for all FI flows in US BW
system.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

* Preparing the list of objects in the entire FI flows in US BW system which must be
moved onto the BW on HANA
server, approach summary along with the solution approach.
* Standard Info objects installation from BI content and all the custom objects have been
transported to the BW on HANA system and Transporting Transactional data -DSO's, Info
cubes, Multi-providers, Transformations, Process chains, queries.
* Creating ADSO's for persistent objects as copy of objects present in the existing
flows, Multi-providers
have been converted to Composite providers and real time replication of the FI tables
from ECC to
HANA DB for data >= 2019 and Calculation views have been created for the same and
consumed in the Composite provider along with ADSO's which has the data till previous
year.
* Identifying the data sources based on their source systems and replicated them by
establishing the necessary connections.
* Flat file hierarchy loads, Updating TVARVC variables for reporting, Creating Export
data source and
transferring the data till the previous year and the data for >= 2019 is replicated real
time through SLT
job

3) Project: ES BW system Migration to NAM BW SYSTEM Migration

As per requirement from the client we need to merge two of our BW Systems into one. This
project involves Merging of
ES BW system into NAM BW system.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

* Preparing the Summary of object conflict and approach summary along with the solution
approach.
* Identifying Conflicting and non-conflicting objects between both the systems.
* Transporting master data and non-master data Info objects and their transfer routines.
Analyzing authorization object conflict.
* Transporting Transactional data -DSO's, Info cubes, Multi-providers, Transformations,
Process chains, queries.
* Identifying the data sources based on their source systems and transporting them by
establishing the necessary connections.
* Transporting Tables, Function modules and Programs.
* Creating Export data source and transferring the data.

Solution Environment: BW 3.x, BI 7.0.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

* Worked on various tickets from the users for data discrepancy issues like in COPA due to any
changes in sales order etc.
* Handled various master and transactional data issues in reports and provided the solution
along with the analysis to the users.
* Handled ECC Data-center Migration activities like delta queue clearance independently.
* Have collected the list of issues in process chains, provided the permanent solutions for
the recurring issues along with RCA. Issues in process chains have almost brought down to
zero.
* Extensively involved in PSA and Change Log clean-up activities and automating the PSA and
Change Log clean-up by using the Process Chains. Also, Collecting the sizes of PSA and
Change Logs before and after scheduling the process chains to know the amount of space
reclaimed.
* Handled Maintenance activities, de scheduling the jobs which falls in maintenance window and
putting them back to schedule after maintenance from Control M.
* Extensively involved in communicating with the users when they raised Critical or High
priority incidents to get more information to resolve the issue.
* Extensively involved in doing follow ups with different groups, to get resolution of the
issue which is not under our scope.
* Creating the incidents in Service Now for defects causing while Load monitoring and
maintaining defects in Defect
Tracker tool with proper explanation and Solution.
* Creation of generic master data source based on DB view. Worked on LO Cockpit and COPA
data sources.
* Enhancements of Standard data sources both master and Transactional data source as per
the change request.
* Worked on performance tuning like Creation of Aggregates, indexes and Compression of
data from info cube.
* Enhancing an Info cube with new fields and filling those fields with values. * Creation
of queries based on the
requirement.
