booking engine. Managed and successfully upskilled a team of 2 junior product owners.

Main achievements:
Created in 6 months from scratch an orchestration component opening to all the entities
of the group access to the main travel platforms (live, 200 % ROI in 18 months)
Created the first financial omnichannel product in Ingenico as personal initiative, then rolled
out as one of the largest projects of the company (live and sold across Europe)
Scaled up the financial platform, doing 60 % revenue growth year over year (cards and APMs,
ecommerce and card present)

Scope of activities: Full Service / Collect (integrated 2 new card acquirers and 1 payment method,
added 13 new settlement currencies, put the basis of onboarding automation, built the grounding
credit&risk features of the financial platform, added the card present channel), Travel (opened
connections to Navitaire and Sabre, product manager of reference for this vertical during 1.5 years
- requirement prioritization and formalization, presales support, strategy definition), Acquiring
(product owner of the Bancontact acquiring processing platform, handling card present and card
not present flow; managed the creation from scratch of Bancontact POS).
Stakeholders : e-commerce merchants (any tier or vertical), leading Airlines and Travel Agencies,
financial providers (banks, international acquirers...) and external development partners
Lessons learned: agile methodology, payments acquiring, "startup-like" general management

Business sector: IT for Travel and Electronic Payment Services
Main achievements:
Product and project managed the creation from scratch of the Amadeus DCC product
Product managed the integration of Ingenico/Ogone in the Amadeus Payment Hub

Scope of activities: customers (participated to presales activities like RFPs and workshops, successfully
implemented several airlines for various sales channels - ecom, MOTO, check-in/DCS -
migrated their flow, turned on value added products like fraud management), partners (integration
of new PSPs and payment methods, and upgrade of existing connections), products (evolved the
multi-PSP back office tackling both the operational interface and the business intelligence view,
created the DCC offer by integrating an external partner).
Stakeholders : Leading Airlines and Travel Agencies, Payment Card Schemes, Payment Service
Providers (Ogone, Adyen, Klarna...), other financial players (Treasury Houses, DCC Players).
Lessons learned: highly structured waterfall methodology, market needs understanding, coordination,
adaptability to complex fields in a big multinational, travel booking and ticketing flow
