Contracted to be the sole business architect assigned to the IT project management office (PMO) to
provide architecture and analysis expertise to a variety of concurrent projects. Primary focus on an
enterprise content management (ECM) system transition and service evolution involving document
capture & management, records management, knowledge management, stakeholder collaboration and
business process automation. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS: (1) developed and demonstrated a new use-cased based
requirements management methodology; (2) analyzed, abstracted and modeled conceptual business
semantics using a complex business rules based transformation scheme to port data from one system
(SAP/BW) to another (OpenText); (3) lead technical engagement with NCDOT Signal Safety division,
facilitated senior management and end-user requirement solicitation workshops, developed stakeholder
questionnaires, authored a business vision document to document and convey business unit goals,
objectives, strategies, assumptions, etc.

operating procedures to identify and specify technical assessment goals, objectives, requirements,
procedural actions and project quality evaluation criteria. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS: (1) developed,
