All projects required strong stakeholder/senior stakeholder management to get the right requirements
and documentation produced (business requirement and technical requirement). This also involved
project planning and using agile/scrum methodology to meet multiple development
requirements/deadlines and expectations.

I did the following custom development projects:
* HR user management process tool (Starters, leavers, movers)
* Using SharePoint to store the information and restricted management site, Flow for
manager/senior manager approval process, JavaScript/CSS and SPFx for a customized look
and feel to display and handle the data.
* HR upload document management tool
* Using SharePoint to host the application, PowerApps and Flow to display and handle
documents to upload confidential records to a restricted area for a given user and Rest
services to handle the uploading within flow.
* Booking System (Booking training)
* Using PowerApps/Flow to create the application and using SharePoint to host the
application. Microsoft bookings services to store all the bookings within the calendar.
* Custom test login portal (sign in portal with test functionality)
* Upgrade Intranet to modern experience
* Recommended best practice to upgrade intranet and extranet to a flat structure and
introduced hubs for better integration and security
* Created team sites for each department
* Recommended to move away from using SharePoint as a team site but rather use Microsoft
teams instead. Integrate with the new intranet version and remove skype for business,
creating multiple teams using PowerShell PNP to faster build templates of a site and
future department deployments.
* Linked teams and security to ADFS
* Manage users within ADFS to add to teams and any other Microsoft service so that new
starters and leavers have access to the right resources
* New starter resource generator
* Using PowerApps, Flow, Azure SQL
* Migration of large amounts of documents from multiple departments to SharePoint Online using
PNP and Sharegate (Around 900 GB of data).

Manage/configure and upgrade landing intranet portal, update exchange, created/configured and
managed retention labels, sensitive labels, DLP policies. Azure sensitive labels integration with
exchange. Give second and third line support using ITIL via service now application. Manage 3rd
party suppliers and service integrations with azure/365.

managed and developed on Azure - LogicApps, ADFS, spinning up VMs (OCR, migration servers), SQL
development for data warehouse, runbooks development (daily service to update ADFS groups to assign
users into correct groups like managers group (users with direct reports))
Technologies used:

Setup and developed the intranet based on modern experience best practice (teams setup and

Successfully documented and advised on best practice to migrate old legacy content from
multiple large site collections to 365. The document also outlines what changes were needed
and what up-skilling is required for the chosen development path in line with Microsoft's best
practice, Capita and Birmingham city council future plans. The document also outlines what
configuration and setup would be required for 365. This was completed on time and to budget.

My position at Mitie is to undertake the full SharePoint platform consisting of SharePoint 2010,2013
and 365 for displaying business intelligence data and charts to its users that involved taking full
control of the project life cycle from requirements gathering to development and testing. I also
recommend on best practice for network architecture and deployment guidelines for all environments
from dev to production. I have to review third party code and rewrite legacy code to update
SharePoint where needed utilizing SharePoint designer and/or VS2010/15.
Other responsibilities include:
* Guide and review current SharePoint architecture to make sure it's efficient and meets best
practice, creating new/amend existing web parts and creating web services.
* Administer all SharePoint environments including configuring search services, active
directory, user profile services and setup any other configuration needed.
* Make it possible for SharePoint to interact with third parties like Mubaloo/JS and IOS (custom
rest services).
* Redevelop old code for speed improvements and to keep code in line with best practice (C#,

of SharePoint so that it's customized to user requirements and adheres to excellent HCI. I also
