Sales & Development Specialist

I have been working in the sales and development environment for over 5 years with special mention on trainig and curriculla development, professional coaching and reflective learning models. I am fan of immediatecy and effectiveness when it comes to make new procedures smooth to ensure peoples learning curve to be optimus.

I have experience in the BPO offshoring campaign and revamping customer focus line of business, hence i have adjust my carreer path to work closely with B2B and B2C as also understanding the mechanics of IB and OB calling. Over the last year i created in partnership with my closest friend GCS BPO which is a newborn customer satisfactions first centre. Together with this project we have run different types of LOBs in verticals such as Technology, Transportation, Finance, Telecom and more.
